Permitted purpose

Use Areniqo for professional and creative skill-based arenas, competitions and sponsor-funded challenges and only within your assigned role and scope. Written contractual scope, law and third-party rights govern both manual and automated activity.

Prohibited conduct

Do not submit malware, unlawfully obtained data or content that infringes rights; disclose passwords or unrelated sensitive records; impersonate, harass or exploit another person; bypass quotas or tenant isolation; forge approvals, evidence, timestamps or credentials; scrape private accounts or shared reports; send unsolicited marketing; or use integrations beyond their recorded permissions. Do not use a platform result as an official regulatory approval.

Testing must be authorised in writing and must avoid disruption, destructive payloads, unauthorised production writes and personal-data extraction. Good-faith reporting is welcome through legal@areniqo.net; a reporting channel is not authorisation for unlimited penetration testing.

Customer control and enforcement

Consequential actions require the relevant human approval. We may quarantine material or temporarily restrict the affected function when proportionate, preserve minimal evidence, notify the responsible contact and offer human review. Where a legal duty requires confidentiality, notice may be delayed. A mere allegation is not treated as proven misconduct. Sanctions are reasoned and proportionate, and mandatory appeal and consumer rights are preserved.

Reporting

Send abuse complaints to support@areniqo.net with the specific page, record or message and the basis of the complaint. Use legal@areniqo.net for personal-data rights and legal@areniqo.net for vulnerabilities. Do not circulate another customer’s private data to make a report; use a secure evidence channel agreed with the team.
