Agreement and eligibility

These account terms are between you and SMARTEDTECH SL, tax ID B66970831, Carrer Agricultura, 16, 1º, 9ª, 08320 El Masnou, Barcelona, Spain, for Areniqo. By creating an account you agree to these terms. The Privacy Notice is provided separately as information; optional marketing is a separate choice in your account settings.

Accounts are personal to the named user. Organisation membership does not authorise you to bind the organisation or spend its funds unless it grants you that authority. Use accurate information, protect credentials, use available security controls and notify support@areniqo.net of suspected compromise. We may verify an organisation, role or reasonable age requirement without collecting excessive documents.

Account versus purchase

Creating an account does not create a paid subscription, provider appointment, employment relationship, institutional licence or partnership. Those actions require their separate terms and authorised acceptance. A provider’s self-registration does not permit access to customer data or start a paid engagement. A public verification result does not establish contractual authority.

Licence and permitted use

While your account is active, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use enabled functions for their described purpose and within purchased limits. You retain your own content. You authorise us only to host, transmit, secure and process that content as needed to deliver the service and meet applicable duties. This is not a publicity or model-training licence. You remain responsible for content rights and lawful instructions. Our software, shared components and SDKs remain ours or their licensors’; mandatory and open-source rights are preserved.

Restrictions, moderation and correction

Do not impersonate others, share unauthorised data, defeat access controls, conduct unapproved security testing, manipulate evidence or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict a function where reasonably necessary to stop a material breach, protect people or comply with law. We give reasons and a review route except where prohibited or where notice would undermine urgent protective action. We limit scope and duration and restore access when the reason ends. Billing disputes do not automatically invalidate previously earned rights or independently verified results.

Ending the account and changing terms

You may request closure through account settings where available or support@areniqo.net. Closure, cancellation of a renewal and withdrawal from a purchase have different effects explained before action. You may obtain an available lawful export before deletion. Statutory retention and justified claims may require limited restricted records. We give advance notice of material future changes and obtain fresh acceptance where needed; paid orders remain governed by their accepted version unless law requires a change. We do not retrospectively rewrite a contract by editing a web page.

Liability and disputes

Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain intact. We are responsible for providing the service with the care and conformity required by law. Spanish law applies with mandatory protections preserved. Business venue is Barcelona to the extent validly agreed and lawful; consumers and public bodies retain mandatory jurisdiction.
