AI disclosure

Areniqo may use AI in professional and creative skill-based arenas, competitions and sponsor-funded challenges. A screen that offers interaction with an AI system identifies it before the interaction. An AI role is not a human employee, licensed adviser or a separate contracting party.

Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Verify material outputs before relying on them. Each arena publishes eligibility, skill rules, judging, disqualification review and prizes before entry. No cash-prize or paid-entry capability is opened by these terms. Gambling/lottery classification is assessed per territory. Prize funds, platform fees, provider costs and reserve are separate; the prize is not reduced by hidden charges.

Instructions, data and external actions

Use only information you are authorised to provide. The assistant answers from what you type in the conversation; it does not access your other SET Labs products or accounts.

Customer content is processed for the agreed service, not licensed for independent model training. Information about the AI providers used and where processing takes place is available from legal@areniqo.net. Do not use the system for unlawful discrimination, covert monitoring or prohibited manipulation. High-impact clinical, legal, employment, admission or public-authority decisions require the responsible professional and applicable safeguards; our general service is not authority to automate them.

Oversight and reporting

Publishing, purchases and other consequential actions require the applicable human authorisation. Report an incorrect or harmful result to support@areniqo.net and security incidents to legal@areniqo.net. We preserve proportionate evidence, review material decisions and correct errors under the applicable agreement. This notice does not reduce our promised service quality or statutory liability.
